July through September 2024 Workshop Schedule:

• Saturday, August 3rd at 12pm - Junk Journals with Beth - create a basic junk journal using an old book. Papers, pockets, embellishments 

• Saturday, August 10th at 12pm – Block Party with Heidi - Come play with us as we experiment with balance, shape, and color. We will be creating sculptures using wooden blocks and a wide variety of collage materials.

• Sunday. August 11th at 12pm - Smudged dot painting with Beth - a simple technique with amazing results

• Saturday, August 17th at 12pm - Gelli plate exploration with Beth – printmaking using gel plates and experimentation

• Sunday, August 24th at 12pm – Mixed media Painting with Beth - Small painting incorporating paint, texture, transfer  

• Saturday, September 7th at 12pm - Art Journals Recipe for Success  with Heidi - (use old cook books, recipes for back grounds, learn about rules related to visual appeal and breaking them

• Saturday, September 21st at 12pm – Book binding with Jessica -Hand sewing and folding various hand bound book structures

• Saturday, September 28th at 12pm - Junk journals Part 2 with Beth - create a basic junk journal using an old book. Papers, pockets, embellishments, With sewn cover.
